We accept all type of payments except personal check. If you can not pay for an item right away, please contact me ahead of time. If payment is not received within three days, the order will be canceled.
Since all items are made by order, they are shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase through Fedex or UPS.
SD Jewelry is not responsible for lost shipments. However, if delivery confirmation is needed, please send us a message ahead of time.
All sales are final, no returns will be processed only for re-size. We offer a free 6 months repair period if your item is received damaged. You must contact us within 6 months of receiving the item in order to get the free repair. Our jewelry is made by professional artisan, each piece is created with the highest quality standards. But we have this policy in place just in case something should happen and guarantee 100% satisfaction for our customers.
As we value the customer's satisfaction is the most important thing, we do everything to make our customers happy and satisfy with their order. We do custom order in which you could pick material, design, and stones.
